We ask that if you have to cancel or reschedule you do so at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. Failure to do so will result in a fee totaling the full amount of the booked service.
Repeat offenders will not be able to make future appointments.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule and a rescheduling fee may apply.
No shows will be charged 100% of the booked service and will not be able to book future appointments.
No refunds on hair extension services or services rendered. Hair is non-refundable.
A 3% processing fee will be applied to payments made with a credit card.
