5 Tips For Glowing Skin

It’s one of the most special days of your life and all eyes will be on you! If one of of your concerns is having the perfect make-up look, don’t skip out on having a good skin care routine. Here are 5 helpful tips to achieve glowing skin on your most memorable days.

  1. Start prepping your skin in advance. A good time frame is 3 months prior to the wedding. Now is the perfect time to start using the new products you’ve been thinking about. It also gives your skin time to adjust-preventing breakouts.

  2. Facials & exfoliation can help to even out skin discoloration from the s un &improve the texture of your skin.

  3. Sleep: getting at least 6-8 hours of rest each night can drastically improve the appearance of your skin and help prevent puffy eyes.

  4. Hydrate: This is one of the most crucial steps along with following a good diet. Remember, what you put inside your body will reveal its self through your hair, your skin, and nails. If you are not properly flushing out the toxins in your body, this could lead to acne and/or dry skin.

  5. Supplements: along with following a good diet, if you still need an extra boost in your nutrient intake, CO-Q10 and collagen are fabulous for metabolic efficiency and overall health.
